- Prepare 2 cups of Self raising flour.
- You need 1/4 cup of Sugar.

- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Instant yeast.
- Prepare 1 tbs of Melted butter.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Vegetable oil.
- You need 3/4 cup of Warm milk.
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of Lemon juice.
- You need of Filling.
- Prepare 4 tbs of Butter.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Brown sugar.

- Prepare 1/2 cup of Icing sugar.

Cinnamon Rolls instructions
- Sift all dry ingredients.
- Add butter and oil to the flour mixture using a wooden spoon.
- Add milk gradually to form a soft dough.
- Knead dough until smooth, 7-10 minutes by hand.
- Cover dough and leave to rise in a warm place, 1- 1½ hrs.
- Mix all filling ingredients and set aside in a cool place.
- Mix Icing ingredients and keep in a cool place.
- Roll dough into a rectangle.
- Spread filling onto the dough.
- Roll it up and pinch the seam tightly.
- Cut the roll into 12 slices.
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180° in a preheated oven.
