  2. Prepare 2 cups of Self raising flour.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of Sugar.

  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Baking soda.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of Instant yeast.
  8. Prepare 1 tbs of Melted butter.
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of Vegetable oil.
  10. You need 3/4 cup of Warm milk.
  11. You need 1 1/2 tsp of Lemon juice.
  12. You need of Filling.
  13. Prepare 4 tbs of Butter.
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup of Brown sugar.

  16. Prepare of Glaze.
  17. Prepare 1/2 cup of Icing sugar.

  1. Sift all dry ingredients.
  2. Add butter and oil to the flour mixture using a wooden spoon.
  3. Add milk gradually to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead dough until smooth, 7-10 minutes by hand.
  5. Cover dough and leave to rise in a warm place, 1- 1½ hrs.
  6. Mix all filling ingredients and set aside in a cool place.
  7. Mix Icing ingredients and keep in a cool place.
  8. Roll dough into a rectangle.
  9. Spread filling onto the dough.
  10. Roll it up and pinch the seam tightly.
  11. Cut the roll into 12 slices.
  12. Place on a lined baking tray.
  13. Bake for 15 minutes at 180° in a preheated oven.
